  • Ingredients
    1 lb. BROWNED HAMBURGER (DRAINED)
    1/2 ONION (DICED)
    1 can CORN (DRAINED)
    1 can CREAM OF CELERY
    1 can CHEDDAR CHZ SOUP
    1 cup MILK
    1 bag FROZEN TATER TOTS
OPTIONAL: SHREDDED CHEESE (CHEDDAR OR MONTEREY JACK)

    Preparation
    1. Brown hamburger with diced onions.

    2. Drain

    3. Spray casserole dish with Non Stick Spray

    4. Combine Hamburger/Onion mixture with corn in casserole.

    5. Place Tater Tots in casserole with other ingredients

    6. In a separate bowl, mix Cream of Celery and Cheddar Cheese soup with milk

    7. Combine all ingrediants

    8. Optional: sprinkle some shredded cheese of your choice (I like Monteray Jack)

    9. Bake covered 30 minutes at 350 degrees

    10. Remove cover and bake for 30 minutes more.

    11. Let it cool a little, so it doesn't burn your mouth.
    • Yum, thanks for sharing the recipe. Hot dishes are definitely a MN thing. I've lived in Manhattan Beach, CA, Phoenix, AX and San Antonio, TX and no one in those cities knew what a hotdish is all about. I grew up on all different kinds of hot dishes, not just the tater tot version. I don't usually cook (I'm all about takeout) but I might just have to try to make your recipe.
